Melissa + Matt | The Merion

What a great day I had with Melissa and Matt. The day went really smoothly and didn’t hit any roadbumps. A few snow drifts though. HAHA. Why do people put HAHA when they type something comical? Is it because they want the readers to know they typed something funny? Anyway, Melissa was such a joy and so much fun to be around and Matt was really awesome. Plus he had some killer dance moves. I had the pleasure of working at The Merion again. I love that place. Thanks so much Cliff for putting me on your most wanted list. HAHA. (Insert previous comment here).

Julie + Jay | Riverton Country Club

Saturday started my weekend off perfectly. I did the wedding of Julie and Jay and I LOVED it. Blizzard. Worst snowfall in December ever recorded. Who cares? I got some beautiful images. I love the snow. Plus Julie and Jay were so great. Their bridal party was so much fun especially Elena who stayed up past her bedtime for the wedding. Here are some of my favorites.

Melissa + Paul | The Radisson

Last night was a first for me. And that’s saying a lot since I’ve done over 400 weddings in my career. Can you say snowball fight? That’s right. It started snowing and the first thought that popped in my head was to have the bridal party have a snowball fight. But would they do it? 30 degrees in strapless dresses and open toe shoes. Let’s just say that I am truly talented in the art of persuasion. Actually all I had to say was ” Do you want to have a snowball fight?” The reply. “Hell yeah”. I loved this couple and they were so easy to get along with. It was so much fun. There was so much energy there. I also got to see my friends Tara and Dan again. I did their wedding back in October and Tara recently did a trash the dress session with me. I really had a blast. Here are some favorites.

Jen + Louis | Presidential Caterers

All my posts seem so repetitive. I have great couples. They were so nice. Blah Blah Blah. The fact of the matter is that it’s all true. I do have the best couples out there and Jen and Louis were no exception. All day Louis kept making sure I was OK. If I was fed. If I needed anything. He didn’t need to concern himself with my well being but he did. And Jen. Oh my God. What a beautiful, warm, and kind person she is. I can’t tell you how fond I am of her. I also had the pleasure of seeing my old couple (well not old) Heather and Matt. I did their wedding last year which is how Louis found out about me. Gotta love referrals. I also had the honor of working with Chris from Steve and Company. A party is never dull when they are the DJ’s. It was a wonderful night and I danced my butt off. I loved it!!! Oh Steve. Let’s get the link up on the site OK? LOL.
