Pricing

I'm very lucky to do what I love. Not many people can say that. I am also fortunate that I do not need to rely on photography as my only source of income. Because of that I am able to do the same work of the higher end photographers and keep my prices about half of theirs. Why do I do that if I could charge what they do? The reason is simple. I do photography for the passion I have for it NOT out of necessity. While I do take what I do seriously, since I am responsible for preserving your memories, I just have way too much fun doing it. Keep in mind, when you meet with the $5000 photographer in his/her fancy studio YOU end up paying for the lease on the place. You also pay for their staff, advertising, and everything else. With me there is nothing like that. My office is in my home. I very rarely do advertising because I book 95% of my weddings through referrals. I shoot and edit myself so I don't have employees (other than my assistant photographers). So when you look at the prices of others you are not getting better work. You're just paying more for it. Below are my base prices for my services. For more detailed information please call me or click here to view my current prices.

Weddings:

Wedding packages start at $2250. This includes full day coverage and a CD of your high resolution images. A second photographer is an additional $350. Albums vary in price from $950 to $1400

Boudoir:

Boudoir sessions start at $250. The fee of $250 includes 1 hour of photos with unlimited outfit changes however I will not charge anything extra if the session runs overtime (maximum 1 hour). The Boudoir session will be held at your home or at a hotel of your choice (this will add to your cost though).

Group packages are as follows:

2 girls ($200 each)

3 girls ($180 each)

4  girls ($150 each)

Portraits:

Our fee for in-home portraits is $250 for a one hour session which includes online proofing, two 8x10's, one sheet of wallets.

Rock the Frock:

Rock the Frock sessions cost $250 which covers my service for 3 hours and will include a disc of all the images from the session. Albums and prints may be purchased for an additional charge.

Enlargements:

This is one area that many photographers take issue with me. I NEVER charge extra for enlargements. What my lab charges me is what I charge you. For example, a 16x20 print will cost you around $17. I guarantee you ask almost any photographer what they charge and it will be in the $100 - $250 range. It's the same print done by probably the same lab. I just don't think it's fair to mark up something 1000% when it takes 2 minutes to order. I feel it's taking advantage of the public. I charge what I feel is fair for my time but I never nickel and dime my brides.
